The School of Population, Community and Behavioural Sciences at
Liverpool University have evaluated the success of mihealth
in supporting NHS patients at Royal Liverpool Hospital and the
Royal Victoria Infirmary in
Newcastle.
Drawing on work in philosophy, sociology and anthropology, the research team have taken a user-oriented approach that aims to document the ways in which breast cancer patients, in conjunction with friends, carers and family, access and utilise information technology in the course of their daily lives. | The School of Population, Community and Behavioural Sciences
