Personal appointment diary and notes facility

The personal diary enables patients to keep track of hospital and personal appointments.

The type of appointment, such as a 'treatment' and the contact details of person/department the appointment is with are automatically associated with each diary entry.

Notes can be attached to each appointment for discussion during consultations and can also be used to make a permanent record of the consultation for future reference.
